At Iconic Hearts, we are dedicated to safeguarding minors from sexual abuse and exploitation. We strictly prohibit any content or activity on our platform that sexualizes children, depicts or promotes child sexual abuse, or facilitates exploitation. This policy is a core part of our community standards.
We ban any form of sexual content featuring minors, including images, videos, written depictions, or any materials that promote or depict child sexual abuse.
Any attempts to befriend or establish an emotional connection with a minor to lower their inhibitions for sexual exploitation or any other harmful purpose are strictly disallowed.
Users may not use Iconic Hearts apps to engage in or coordinate predatory behavior towards minors, including attempts to contact minors for sexual purposes, solicit sexual content, or otherwise harm minors.
We encourage all users to immediately report suspicious or inappropriate content involving minors. We take all reports seriously and will promptly evaluate and respond in accordance with this Policy.
Upon receiving a report, our moderation team will conduct a review of the content and the reported user's activities.
Any content determined to involve or depict child sexual exploitation or abuse will be removed from our platform without notice.
We will suspend or ban accounts found to be involved in such violations. Repeat or severe violators are subject to permanent removal from Iconic Hearts apps.
If we believe child sexual exploitation is occurring, we will cooperate with law enforcement agencies and, where required by law, file a report with agencies such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
We use both automated and manual review processes to detect and block content violating our guidelines, with special attention given to potential abuse involving minors.
To ensure swift coordination with law enforcement and child protection agencies, we have a dedicated CSAE contact. Please direct all urgent CSAE-related inquiries to:
CSAE Officer
(If you are a law enforcement or child protection official, please include relevant details and reference any case numbers if applicable.)
We may revise this CSAE Policy from time to time in order to strengthen our efforts, reflect changes in technology or our services, and comply with evolving legal requirements. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the "Last Updated" date will be revised accordingly.
